Our story: built at the crossroads of Southern California freight
Nexus Fleet Leasing started with a simple observation here in Ontario, California: freight does not move on trailers alone — it moves on connections. A shipper with goods ready to go. A carrier with a route to run. A warehouse dock with freight waiting. Every load on the road exists because those points got linked together — and the trailer is the link.
Ontario sits right at that crossroads: the Inland Empire's warehouse corridor, where the I-10, I-15, and SR-60 cross and freight flows in and out of greater Los Angeles around the clock. That is where we put our yard, and that is why we chose the name Nexus — the hub where carriers connect with the capacity they need, exactly when they need it.
So we built a rental company around one job: keeping you connected. Connected to a road-ready trailer when freight calls. Connected to where that trailer is, at all times. Connected to the cargo inside it. The advantages below are not a feature list — they are the connections we maintain for every customer, on every rental.
